Introduction

ALTOBLUES is a mail-order company specializing in used collector's records (vinyl records, CD's, DVD's).

Approximately 5000 references (soon to be 10.000) are currently available, to be consulted any time.

Merchandise is forwarded " Colissimo " as registred mail with appropriate insurance.

Minimum cost of forwarding is 26 FRF (including insurance) up to a weight of 250g. Over and above, 5 FRF per 100g will be charged.

Loss, theft or damage remains our responsability. In case of problems, you must informa us as soon as you receive your goods, in any case within 48 hours, and you must contact your POST OFFICE.

No refund can be made without a declaration from the POST OFFICE.
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without our prior agreement.

All goods remain under our ownership until payment in full has been made by the buyer.

Delivery times are garanteed (3 to 5 days for France, 5 to 7 days for an European Member Country).

Maximal security will be made for the forwarding of records (vinyl records , CD's, 33's, 45's, cassettes,...).

All goods in the catalog have been strictly controlled and selected, thus in very good condition.

IMPORTANT : All " unofficial " recording, not conforming with current legislation are strictly prohibited and thus not allowed in our catalog.

In the case of payment by check, our site transmits your order immediately.
The goods will be reserved fot the necessary period of encashment, 8 to 10 days maximum.
